Walter Johnson Jr. Lodge No. 765 and Stars of Indiantown Chapter No. 81 Support Indiantown Warriors Soccer Club with Charitable Donation

On Monday evening at 6:30 PM, we made our way out to Big Mound Park in the heart of Indiantown. Members of Walter Johnson Jr. Masonic Lodge No. 765 and the Stars of Indiantown Chapter No. 81, Order of the Eastern Star came together with one mission in mind — to support our local youth.

It was a beautiful evening, and we were honored to present a charitable donation to the Indiantown Warriors Soccer Club. Representing our Lodge and Chapter were our Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, and Worthy Matron, and we were proud to stand together for this meaningful cause.

As we arrived, the kids were already out on the field, full of energy, determination, and teamwork. Watching them run drills, cheer each other on, and play with heart reminded us exactly why we do what we do. These young athletes are incredible — not just talented, but respectful, focused, and clearly passionate about the game.

We didn’t catch the coach’s name, but it was easy to see the impact he’s having on these kids. The discipline, the teamwork, the joy — it all pointed to someone leading with both strength and care. Whoever he is, we salute him.

We were also joined by Angelina Perez, one of our local town officials, whose support means a great deal to all of us working toward a stronger Indiantown. Representatives from the YMCA were there too, and together, we had some great conversations about how we can keep working side by side to uplift our community.

This wasn’t just about handing over a donation. It was about being there — in person, in unity, and in service. We shook hands, shared smiles, and stood proudly with our neighbors because that’s what community looks like.

“It’s not just a donation — it’s a promise. A promise that we see these kids, we believe in them, and we’re here to support their growth however we can.”

By the time the sun began to set, we walked away with full hearts and a renewed commitment to serve. And we know this is only the beginning. We’re excited to keep showing up, building partnerships, and doing our part to help Indiantown thrive.
